We believe in grounding students in reading, writing, and math and in developing critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Achievements - The achievements of our students continue to show this approach is sound and successful, with more than 98% of our graduates pursuing a college degree. Our students have been accepted at many of our nation's most respected universities. SBEC consistently outperforms the state and national averages on college entrance exams. Each year our seniors receive numerous scholarship opportunities.

Technological Innovation - Edline® Through technological innovation SBEC provides online academic reports of grades on a weekly basis. A direct means of communication with teachers is provided through e-mail, and both are on a secure server that may be accessed at any time.
