Before and After School Care
Pre-K (3 years old) weekly fee is $145 and includes care from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. The academic portion of the day is 8:15 am - 3:15 pm. The application fee is $175.
Beginning in Jr. K (4 years old) our program is tuition based. The Jr. K program is a half-day academic program but we offer before and after school care.
The Sr. K program offers half-day and full-day classes. Before and after school care is not available after the half-day SK class.
We also offer before and after care for students in grades 1 - 6.
Before and after school care begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m.

ENRICHMENT CENTER CLOSINGS
When the Enrichment Center is closed there is no child care available. The Holiday Closings scheduled are Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following (2 days), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (2 days), New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day and the day following (2 days), and Fourth of July. Other closings include extremely hazardous weather, similar unforeseen situations, or as the calendar indicates.
LATE PICK-UP FEES
The Enrichment Center closes at 6:00 pm. Therefore the following late fees will be applied in addition to the above fee:
$10.00 for each child picked up from 6:01-6:15 pm and $1.00 per minute per child picked up after 6:15 pm.
$10.00 additional for pick-up after 6:30 pm.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Payment is expected in advance on Monday of each week.
Please make checks payable to SBEC.
Please put child's first and last name along with record number on the check.
Payment is not required for students who do not attend when school is closed and Enrichment Center is open. Advance reservations must be made.
If your total childcare fees are 15 days overdue, a 1 1/2% late fee will be applied to your account. Accounts that are 30 days past due will be reviewed by the Administration.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY
All checks returned are subject to a $20 service charge.
Two weeks advance written notice is required to withdraw a child from our Extended Care Program.
ENRICHMENT CENTER HOURS ARE 7:00 AM TO 6:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
SBEC strivies to keep our Enrichment Center fees at the most affordable costs to our parents. SBEC does reserve the right to adjust the Enrichment Center fee structure. We shall provide a minimum of two weeks advance written notice prior to such adjustment.
