VOLUNTEERING MATTERS

“This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.”  II Cor.  9:12

I am Vicki Vitullo Baker and I am serving as Volunteer coordinator for the PTSF 07-08 school year.

Please review the many ways you can help make a difference this school year and circle your area(s) of interest.  With so many opportunities to share and serve everyone is asked to participate.  Moms, Dads and grandparent are all welcome! If we all do something great things can happen!

[    ] Box Top / Soup LabelsThese programs mean money for our school. (This is a good opportunity for those who need to volunteer from home.)  Each nine weeks labels need to be counted and sorted to be mailed in a couple times a year.  2 to 4 volunteers are needed.

[    ] New Family Welcoming Committee - Help with the 45 minute August and (TBA date) January new family welcoming breakfast for all new families that have joined us during that time.   Make welcome calls and help newcomers "get to know" the area.

[    ] Monthly Lunchroom Duty - Volunteer 1-2 hours during the lunchroom times of 11am -1:30pm on the 2nd Monday of the month (same schedule as the PTSF meeting schedule) to supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch.  This allows our teachers to have a few minutes off for a more quiet lunch time.  Many are needed for this.

I am willing to do this each month _______   I am willing for the months of: _________________:
