Dear Parents,
Welcome from the SBEC Parent-Teacher-Student Fellowship! The SBEC PTSF is an extremely successful organization due to the partnership between the parents, SBEC administration/staff, and the community. The PTSF is committed to supporting programs that enhance the educational, cultural and social experiences for all children within the school. That commitment fosters a sense of excitement and a willingness to try new programs to enhance the school experience for all. A key part of our continued success is the strong lines of communication between the parents and the SBEC administration and staff. Parents are part of the solution and work as a team with SBEC by supporting the needs of the school - be it volunteering in the classroom or through PTSF-developed programs that strengthen skills taught in the classroom. Some of the programs that the PTSF supports include Grocery Gift Cards, PTSF Membership Telephone Directory, Teacher and Faculty Appreciation Days, Career Fair, and enrichment programs for the students and parents and teachers, just to name a few. Minutes will be posted to the website and emailed to those who have provided email addresses. If you have not provided an email address, please contact us. It is not too late to join the PTSF! Please contact us to provide your full contact information, including an email address and your talents (i.e., occupation, areas of interest), in which you may be able to assist SBEC PTSF.
