Submittal Instructions:
*Include the below within your email submittal as an attachment:
  • Your Name
  • Phone w/area code
  • Club or Organization name
  • Publication name and date you want article published in
  • Event Name & and Event Date
  • Describe the event using MS Word as you would want it published
  • Spell and grammar check your document
  • You may attach ONE picture per article [must be an original jpg]. Identify all persons in picture by full name and location in picture.
Template Requirements:
  • Create document using MS Word
  • 0.17 Top & Bottom Margins
  • 1.50 Left Margin & 2.00 Right Margin & 0.00 Gutters
  • font type = Times New Roman
  • font size = 13pt

    *Deadline: 5 school days prior to event
  • [Submit] InTouch - SBEC Weekly Publication - Web
    *Submit Monday of each school week for Wednesday publication
  • [Submit] Community Press Release - News Publications
    *Deadline: 7 business days prior to issue if specific
  • [Submit] PTSF Association - News Publications
    *Deadline: 3 business days prior to issue if specific
  • [Submit] Trojan Spirit - SBEC Seasonal Publication
