Trojans Win First Football Game

SBEC 58, Rossville Christian Academy 22: In the first football game of the season, the Trojans (1-0) jumped out to a 44-6 halftime lead at Rossville (0-1) and cruised to the victory over the RCA Wolves. Quarterback P. K. Pearson threw for two scores and added a 4-yard rushing touchdown. He was 14-of-15 for 118 yards. Cory Lee added two scores, a 1-yard TD run and a 61-yard fumble return for a score.
