Why Give

Like most other schools, tuition payments do not cover everything that SBEC needs.

However, unlike most other schools, 100 percent of SBEC's operating income comes from tuition and fees. That means tuition and fees enable SBEC to pay teachers, buy books, keep the lights on, and cover the day-to-day expenses of running the school. God has truly blessed SBEC in a special way.

Yet, providing a distinctive Christian education is much more than covering the basics. Faithful giving to the Annual Fund allows SBEC to:

• enhance programs, taking them from good to excellent,

• minister to some SBEC families so that their children may have the opportunity to receive an SBEC education when they otherwise could not, and

• provide equipment, supplies, and services without increasing tuition costs.
