Field of Dreams

Numerous baseball parents have created a vision for an SBEC Field of Dreams that include:
Fungoman Practice Machine
Portable Batting Cage
Field Lighting
Field Improvements
Upgraded Dugouts
Fence Backstop and Bullpens
New Mesh Net, Backstop and Press Box
Keystone Seating Area

During the 2008-2009 school year, donations to the Field of Dreams were used to purchase the Fungoman Practice Machine and Portable Batting Cage.

The lights were attached to a poleThe next targeted improvement was field lighting. In late March 2010, construction began to install lights on the baseball field. The first game played under the lights was on April 19, 2010.
